The apartment are situated in a three storey building which is being used exclusively for holiday rental, in front of the Torrecilla beach in the Avenida del Meditarráneo, very close to the Hotel Riu Mónica, a 5 minute walk from the famous “Balcón de Europa”, the town centre and the old part of Nerja.

The building was constructed in 2001 with first class materials and comprises a reception hall, an escalator, a big roof terrace with swimming pool (1,50 m depth) and 15 apartments.

The apartments are decorated elegantly and luxuriously with first class furniture. They all have Climalit double glazing doors and windows which guarantee quiet and insulation. Everything is electric, the kitchen is separate and fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. All the apartments have a spacious living room and a terrace with sea views.

There are three apartments with two bedrooms available, one of them with double bed and the other one with two single beds and sofa-bed in the living room so they sleep a maximum of six people. The remaining 12 apartments consist of one bedroom with two single beds and sofa-bed in the living room for a maximum of four people.
